RETAINER POLICY

Our policies are in place to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible at Ordinary Design Studio. It is important to read and understand all of our policies before booking an appointment. Failure to comply with our policies may result in retainer forfeit and/or require an additional retainer for a new appointment. We want to make sure that every customer feels comfortable and secure in our studio.

Thank you for choosing Ordinary Design Studio for your tattoo needs. In order to ensure our artists' time is respected and your appointments are secured, we have a retainer policy in place.

 

At Ordinary Design Studio, we respect the time and skill of our artists and want to provide the best possible experience for our clients. Our retainer policy requires a non-refundable fee for all appointments, and we require at least 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling. We allow one free reschedule, but after that, a $50 fee will be charged to account for the time and resources allocated for your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in these policies.
